                        * Different administration work with other directorates answers.

* Respond to inquiries from the General Secretariat for the Council of Ministers and

   Ministries about the different activities and obstacles which faces the  

   administrative job   

                         

                        * Follow up with directorates about allocations

 

* Prepare the seasonal reports of the general directorates and Headquarters

    departments

 

* Coordinate with Training & Development department to held the different seminars

    of Human Resources to all employees  

                         

                        * Control the different vehicles through a detailed data base.

                         

                        * Follow up the additional working hours of employees.

 

* Coordinate with the departments of Headquarters and prepare studies.

                         

                        * Follow up the working hours of workers.
